COVID-19 now considered public health emergency for Arkansas

Posted almost 3 years ago

Starting Thursday, July 29, Governor Hutchinson has declared COVID-19 to be a public health emergency for the state of Arkansas. As many of you know, Arkansas Act 634 from last year declared that PAs may be able to act in the absence of their supervising physician in the context of a public health emergency. We have not yet finalized the details of this Act to put this into practice, but we are working diligently on this. If you have any questions, please fill out a contact form available on this website.
