Principal Faculty - Physician Assistant New

The College of Allied Health at Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas, is seeking applicants for a full-time, 12-month principal faculty position in the Department of Physician Assistant Studies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead dynamic and engaging instruction in the program’s core curriculum, sparking curiosity and a love for learning
• Provide thoughtful academic advising and mentorship to empower students from diverse backgrounds to achieve their full potential
• Guide students in mastering essential clinical practice skills through hands-on training and innovative teaching methods
• Stay at the forefront of clinical practice, maintaining competency and bringing real-world expertise into the classroom
• Pursue scholarly research to explore new ideas and advance the field of physician assistant education
• Contribute to meaningful service initiatives that benefit our college, university, and the broader community

Qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies or a related field.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in PA practice.
• PA applicants must be NCCPA certified and eligible for licensure as a Physician Assistant in Arkansas.
